Had 2 x single roller garage doors replaced and motorised. PDS were easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. They gave us a variety of options to choose from and were able to perfectly colour match the doors to what we needed.Once ordered the doors arrived extremely quickly and PDS installed the very next day.Fantastic quality product and installation. And it they are SO quiet - it's fantastic.Highly recommend!

In today’s times with virus all around it’s great to still find a company interested in people. Their service timing pricing and quality of the finished product was outstanding. I recently used PDS to replace my garage door opener and the service from each person that I dealt with was great. I spoke with Rebecca on the phone to determine what type and model would be the best. A second call to Jason early in the morning, arranged an afternoon appointment for installation later that same day. The install was carried out by Nathan, who had called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was polite and friendly, very efficient and did the changeover in under an hour. The new opener is so quiet and smooth and the three devices that came with it (2 x remotes and 1 x wall pad) are very handy. Thanks for the wonderful service and I am most happy to recommend PDS to anyone looking to use their services.

My garage door had issues with its roller bearings. I had been quoted ridiculous amounts for a repair and most service guys didn't take the time or trouble to correctly identify the issue. This was not the case with PDS. The service was carried out on-time and was quite a simple fix in the end, once the actual issue was identified. All done within the hour at a very reasonable cost.I would definitely recommend PDS Garage Doors & Gates.

PDS arranged to come out to my property within 2 days. Scott from PDS arrived early, introduced himself and didn’t treat me like a dill when I explained that I didn’t know the difference between a roller door and a shutter. He told me what was wrong, tried to fix it himself, then gave me a referral to another company who are coming out tomorrow! Then he didn’t charge me! Great service and a pleasure to deal with.

Organised a quote for a new free standing external roller door to be installed at our house in Mill Park. My wife selected the colour she liked and once everything was confirmed and given the green light I was contacted by Jason to let me know that the new door would be up before I got home from work!Fantastic customer service, awesome workmanship and I can’t thank the team at PDS Garage Doors and Gates enough for such a hassle free experience!Thanks again Jase and all the best for the New Year!

Great service and pricing was reasonable. They were able to fit me in on the same day and actually came in under 2 hours. The technician was very friendly and happy to answer any of my questions (and there were quite a few). I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone. 👍

Really good experience overall. Slight communication problem on their end aside, everything went really smoothly and my new garage door motor was installed effectively. Can't fault the job so far. Decent prices too.

They did the job that was asked of them politely and efficiently. Their prices are very very reasonable compared to what is out there, and their staff (mostly), were very good to deal with.Communication was a little bit of an issue on and off. It is not that difficult to let customers know ALL the information, (including potential things that happen with these old doors and automatic motors), before a motor on an old garage door is installed. It is also not that difficult to ring a customer to let them know someone will not be turning up today as planned, instead of waiting for the customer to ring the company.

Highly recommended! Had Nathan out only a few days ago to try to fix a temperamental door on the same day i called, only to have to call for him again after the weekend. While i needed to wait a day, He attended promptly and with no fuss replaced the door motor. All working perfectly. The no BS approach is refreshing as well. Thank you.

Very very happy. We had an issue with our motor. Our door was not aligned properly so we were advised by another supplier that we required a new door, as well as a motor. I found PDS through google and was guided by their great reviews. Booked an appointment late Friday, they turned up on Monday, and by the time I got home a replacement motor was up and running, and with a bit of realigning no new door was required. Door behaves like new, and the motor was very reasonably priced to boot. Thanks PDS. Will recommend to others for sure.
